Everything people ask before their first one
Does the person scanning need to install anything?
No. A QR code opens the experience straight in their phone's browser — no app, no account, nothing to sign up for. The SouAR app is optional, and adds scanning without a QR plus a saved wall of every memory they've seen.
What kind of photo works best?
Photos with detail, texture and contrast — faces, scenery, patterns. Before anything is printed we score every photo from 0 to 5 stars and tell you exactly why if it would scan poorly, so a magnet never goes out that doesn't work.
Can I change the video later?
Yes. You can replace the video any time from the dashboard — the printed photo and its QR code keep working exactly as they are.
How long does a memory stay alive?
Indefinitely. Nothing expires on its own; your photos and videos stay on our servers until you delete them. For business accounts, playback stays live while the subscription is active.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes — any reasonably modern phone with a camera and a browser. Nothing special is required on the viewer's side.
I'm a photographer or planner. How is this priced?
Plans are metered by AR views, not by how much you create — folders and AR memories are unlimited on every plan. You start with a 7-day free trial and can change or cancel your plan at any time.
