Content Policy

Effective: July 2026

SouAR turns treasured photos into living memories. To keep it a safe, joyful product, everyone who uploads content agrees to these rules.

You must own the rights to what you upload

Only upload photos and videos that you own or have explicit permission to use, and that the people shown have agreed to appear in. As a business creating memories for your clients, you are responsible for having your clients' consent.

Absolutely prohibited content

The following will result in immediate removal and account termination, and may be reported to the authorities: any sexual content involving minors (CSAM); non-consensual intimate imagery; content that sexualizes children in any way; incitement to violence or terrorism; content that harasses, threatens, or endangers a real person.

Sexual, pornographic, or explicit adult content is not permitted on SouAR — this is a memories product for gifts and events, not an adult platform.

How we enforce this

Every uploaded photo and video is automatically screened for explicit content before it can be published. Content the automatic check flags is placed on hold and cannot go live until a SouAR reviewer has assessed it.

Automatic screening is a first line of defense, not a guarantee. We also rely on your agreement to these rules, and we act on reports. We reserve the right to review, hold, or remove any content and to suspend any account that violates this policy, with or without notice.

Reporting

If you encounter content on SouAR that violates this policy, report it immediately on WhatsApp at +961 81 161 793 or via Instagram @getsouar. Reports involving the safety of a minor are treated as the highest priority.

Consequences

Violating this policy can result in content removal, immediate account termination without refund, and — for illegal content — referral to law enforcement. By using SouAR you accept these terms.
